Instructions: Brush salmon with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 5 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with Avocado-Mango Salsa.
For Avocado-Mango Salsa: Stir together all ingredients. Chill, if desired. ( Makes about 5 cups) This recipe yields 8 servings. Comments: For Grilled Chicken With Avocado-Mango Salsa, substitute 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts for fish. Grill according to directions 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
