2 lb Tomatoes, halved
1 lrg Portobello mushroom
1 tbl Vegetable oil
1 tsp Salt, divided
1 lb Sweet Italian sausages, (pricked with fork)
2 tbl Olive oil
1 tsp Minced garlic
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper
1 lb Rigatoni or corkscrews, cooked according to
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Heat grill.

2. Brush tomatoes and mushroom with vegetable oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Grill over medium-hot heat until tender, 5 to 10 minutes for tomatoes and 8 to 12 minutes for mushroom, turning once. Grill sausages 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.

3. Chop tomatoes; slice sausages and mushroom; transfer to large bowl. Stir in olive oil, garlic, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, thyme and pepper. Toss with hot rigatoni.
