Instructions: Alternate shrimp, onion, pepper, squash and pineapple on skewers. Mix pineapple juice, oil, soy sauce, honey and ginger together and brush onto kebabs. Grill over a moderate heat for approximately 10 minutes. Rotate kebabs once and use any remaining sauce to baste kebabs.
Serve with lemon wedges and wild rice. This recipe yields 6 to 8 kebabs. Comments: Cherry tomatoes or other vegetables can be substituted for the onions or peppers if desired. Yield: 6 to 8 kebabs NOTES : Email this Recipe:
