Instructions: To prepare the shrimp:
Place the shrimp in a glass bowl, stir in the marinade ingredients, cover, and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Remove from the marinade and grill the shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes or until done, basting at least once with the marinade. Discard the marinade. To prepare the salsa: Mix all the salsa ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
