3 lb	boneless sirloin steak
1/2 tsp	pepper
3/4 tsp	caraway seeds
3/4 tsp	ground turmeric
1/4 tsp	cardamom

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients except steak. Sprinkle on both sides of steak and lightly press into beef. Place into zip-lock bag. Squeeze out air and seal. Place in second zip-lock and seal. Put in cooler at least 1 hour. Grill over coals 25-30minutes, turning 2 or 3 times. Cut into serving pieces.
