Instructions: In a small bowl combine vegetable or olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, nutmeg, soy and Tobasco sauces.
Brush both sides of the soft-shell crabs with the sauce. Place on a moderately-hot grill about 4 inches from the heat source. Cook until lightly browned on one side, about 5 to 6 minutes.
