Instructions: In small bowl, combine Tabasco pepper sauce, salt, garlic powder, thyme and allspice. With back of spoon, rub mixture on both sides of steak. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Bring to room temperature before grilling.
Preheat grill or broiler. Place steak on rack in grill or broiler pan. Cook steak 8 minutes for medium-rare or until of desired doneness, turning once. This recipe yields 2 servings. Email this Recipe:
