Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 can (14 1/2-ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15-ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 1/4-ounce) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/4 cup Chopped red bell pepper
2 tbl Lime juice
2 x Garlic cloves, halved
6 x Beef (1-inch-thick) strip steaks
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Rub cut sides of garlic over steaks; sprinkle with pepper. Remove 3 tablespoons liquid from salsa, and drizzle over steaks. Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 ) 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with salsa.
