Instructions: Build a hot charcoal fire and allow the coals to burn down to a glowing red.
To prepare marinade, in a shallow baking dish combine all ingredients except tuna. Wash and pat dry tuna steaks. Place in marinade; marinate 10 minutes. Remove steaks from marinade; drain, discarding marinade. Grill until flesh registers 145 degrees (about 3 to 7 minutes per side, depending on thickness), turning once. Serve hot.
