Instructions: Prepare Sauce: In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
Thread fish and vegetables onto skewers. Place in dish in single layers and top with 1/2 the sauce. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Grill over medium high heat, brushing often with sauce from bottom of dish, about 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Serve with the remaining sauce. Email this Recipe:
