2 x 8 ounces swordfish steaks 1 inch thick
3 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
2 x shallots minced
1/3 cup dry white wine
2 tbl lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine rosemary, shallots, wine, lemon juice and pepper in shallow dish.

Add fish and turn to coat both sides with marinade. Cover with plastic and refrigerate.

Serve with "Sundried Tomato Sauce" (See recipe).

Grill fish and top with sundried tomato sauce.
