Instructions: I usually marinate mine in some light teriyaki sauce with some ginger and chopped garlic. Yum! NOTES : We are fortunate around here to have access to fresh tuna pretty much any time of the year. I like to either marinate it in Italian dressing and then grill it, or rub with spices and pan sear it. In either case, dont overcook it. Tuna should be (in my opinion) med rare to med well, no more than that. The length of time depends on how thick the steak is.
