Instructions: * Note: You want to choose a large, frozen turkey breast (preferable without giblets or basting injections). Ask the butcher to use his hand-saw to cut the turkey (across the breast bone) in one-inch thick steaks.
Using a blender, combine all marinade ingredients. Pour over steaks in deep pan. Cover and marinade for 24 hours. You might want to turn them over once to ensure even marinating. Grill as you would any other steak (until well done). Email this Recipe:
