yellow squash
zucchini squash
red onion
fresh garlic
real butter
fresh rosemary
Instructions:
Instructions: Slice all vegetables. Peel garlic and put whole cloves in with vegetables. Slice buffer and put on top. Place mixture in a tent of tin foil; season heavily with black pepper and salt. Season with rosemary sprigs. Throw foil tent over hot coals and cook 15 - 20 minutes. We like them crisp. Serve meat on a platter with vegetables surrounding. A big green salad and French bread make your meal.

Note: You can use a bit of olive oil if you dont want too much butter.
