Instructions: Clean the onions and cut out a hole in the top deep enough to insert a beef
bouillon cube. Pack margarine into the top of the hole. Wrap each onion in heavy tinfoil, leaving the tinfoil open just a little at the top for steam to escape. Place onions,top up, onto the grill and cook along with everything else. Cook for approx 45 minutes or until done (somewhat squeezable). Vidalia onions are mild, almost sweet onions.
