Instructions: Fresh tomatoes cook quickly and well on the grill or under the broiler, and they also combine well with a wide range of other ingredients.
In the following recipe, they are served with sausages and peppers, all cooked on skewers, but not together. Because tomatoes grill more quickly than many other foods, its a good idea to skewer them separately and, as the recipe suggests, allow less time for them to cook.
