1/4 tsp	Active dry yeast
1/2 cup	Bread flour
1/2 cup	Whole wheat flour
1/3 cup	Wheat germ, toasted
1 tbl	Orange zest, grated
1/2 tsp	Salt
2 tbl	Brown sugar, dark
4 tbl	Powdered milk
2 tbl	Butter or margarine
1/4 cup	Water, plus 1 tb

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin bread cycle if possible, adding dried fruit at the beep.

Yield: 1 loaf
