Instructions: In a skillet, fry onion in peanut oil. Add tomato & jalapeno & cook 10 minutes, till soft. In a bowl, stir peanut butter, water & arrowroot into a smooth paste. Add peanut paste to skillet. Sprinkle with pepper.
