Instructions: Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in 1/4 cup olive oil over high heat.
Stir in vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper. Keep sauce warm while you cook fish. Dredge 2 pounds grouper fillets in seasoned flour. Saute in 1/4 c clarified butter at high heat for 3 minutes each side. Pour sauce over fillets and serve. Email this Recipe:
