Instructions: Peel the avocado and discard the pit. Cut the avocado into cubes.Cut it back and forth with a knife to make a coarse-fine mixture.
(you can puree it if you want but some texture is nice) Finey dice tomatoes and onions. Add the onion, garlic, chilli, sour cream, lemon juice, tomato, olive oil, radish and the coriander and mix well. Serve with vegetable crudites or corn chips. Email this Recipe:
