1 cup asparagus cooked
2 tbl chili peppers diced
2 tsp tomato paste
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbl onion chopped
3 tbl nonfat mayonnaise or- yogurt or sour cream
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend to desired consistency. Voila!!
