1 sm	ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1 sm	tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1 sm	garlic clove, crushed
1 tbl	(15 ml) finely chopped onion
1 tsp	(5 ml) lemon or lime juice
	Hot sauce to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Mash the avocado with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.

Serves 1.
