Instructions: In a food processor, blend peas, mayonnaise and lemon juice until ultra- smooth.
Transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Season to taste. Serve with baked tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups. NOTES : I LOVE Guacamole and I know Avocados are nutritious, but they are also high in fat. I made this to eat with baked tortillas and to use in lowfat fajita wraps.
