Instructions: Preheat broiler.

Place bread slices on a cookie sheet. Lightly coat with vegetable oil cooking spray, sprinkle with garlic powder & Italian seasoning.

Toast under the broiler until the edges start to brown. It can also be toasted in the toaster. (WARNING! The toaster can get messy if you go heavy on the garlic or herbs.)
