1/2 cup Guinness stout beer flat & room temp
3 tbl pure maple syrup
1 x extra large egg
1/2 cup water
2 cup unbleached white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbl powdered buttermilk
Instructions:
Instructions: Note: To make beer flat in a hurry, pour it into a small saucepan and heat it to a simmer, then remove it from the heat. By the time it cools down, it will be flat.

Put ingredients in bread machine in order given.

Bake on white or whole wheat cycle.

Yield: One 1 1/2-pound loaf.
