Instructions: For syrup: Mix and heat water, sugar and cardamom. Boil over slow heat for about 15 to 20 minutes until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
For dough: In a small pot, heat oil over medium heat. In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, dry milk and whipping cream to make a soft dough. Divide dough into 16 parts. Take each part and roll with your hands into a small ball. Fry 3 to 4 at a time until light brown. Remove from oil. Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Immerse dough in sugar syrup overnight. Serve warm or cold. Email this Recipe:
