1 whl onion chopped
3 whl clove
1 whl green bell pepper diced
2 cup tomatoes diced
4 cup vegetable stock
1 cup cooked lima beans
1 cup fresh corn kernels or frozen
1/2 cup sliced okra
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute the onion and green pepper with the cloves in water until soft.

Remove the cloves. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker on high for 6 hours or low for 8-10 hours.

Pretty simple! Its nice to come home at the end of the day and have everything ready. I did the lima beans in the slow cooker the night before so all I had to do was add everything else to them.
