2 x Eggs
1/3 cup Evaporated milk
1/2 tsp Chocolate syrup
1 tbl Pure vanilla extract
1/3 tsp Lemon extract
1/4 tsp Instant coffee
1/4 cup Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Bottle and let mellow in the refrigerator for at least 1 week before serving. We four this best after 1 to 2 weeks. Store in the refrigerator.

Liqueur may be served at room temperature by removing from the refrigerator an hour or two before serving.

Makes approximately 1 fifth, serve within 6 months.
