Instructions: Mix together yeast, flour and sugar. Mix all ingredients together. Roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Lay both sides of cut cookies in sugar. Put apricot jam on one side of
circle; then fold over and seal edges. Its best if you make dough in evening, refrigerate and then roll out in the morning. Bake in a 350 degrees oven until lightly brown. Email this Recipe:
