1/2 x Dried red chili pepper, seed
1/4 tsp crushed red pep
2 tsp Fruity olive oil

Instructions: In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture, arrange in a baking dish
