Recipe for Ham Loaf with Horseradish Glaze

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
	Ham Loaf ----------------
1/2 lb	Ground ham
1/2 lb	Ground pork
1/2 lb	Ground beef
1/2 cup	Oats
4 x	Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup	Chopped onion
1/2 tsp	Pepper
2 cup	Tomato juice
	----------------- Horseradish Glaze ----------------
1/2 cup	Sugar
2 tbl	Flour
2 tsp	Dry mustard

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ham loaf ingredients thoroughly and pack in 9x13" pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes.

Mix together Horseradish Glaze ingredients and spread on Ham Loaf mixture.

Continue baking 30 minutes more.
