Instructions: HEAT griddle or skillet; grease if neces- sary. Heat pie filling until hot; keep warm. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and onions.
POUR batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. COOK until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. Serve with warm pie filling. About 15 pancakes. Email this Recipe:
