Instructions: Heat oven to 350 . In 9 x 13 baking pan layer potatoes, ham and onion.
In 2 quart saucepan melt butter until sizzling. Stir in flour, mustard and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in cheese until melted (3 to 4 minutes). Pour sauce over potatoes; sprinkle with chives. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes are fork tender. Email this Recipe:
