Instructions: Preheat oven to 425. On work surface, stretch dough into 10x12" rectangle.
In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mustard and horseradish; spread mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 1 1/2" border. Arrange ham over dough; sprinkle with cheese and onion. Starting from wide end, roll dough jelly-roll fashion to enclose fillings; spinach seam to seal. Spray nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange roll seam-side down on sheet.
