16 slc cooked ham 1/8" thick

1 x egg
2 tbl sugar
1 tbl prepared mustard
2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 cup half and half
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 350 . Roll up ham, starting with shorter side. Place side by side in 9 x 13 pan, forming 2 rows of 8 ham rolls each. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Meanwhile, in small saucepan beat egg with wire whisk. Add sugar, mustard, flour, salt, pepper and half and half; blend until smooth. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally with wire whisk. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar. Drain ham. Place rolls on serving platter.

Spoon warm sauce over rolls. Serve immediately.
