Instructions: Combine softened butter, flour, egg yolks, salt, dry mustard, onion salt, finely chopped ham, and milk. Blend with a mixer or blender until well mixed. Pour into a saucepan and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.
In another bowl, beat 6 egg whites until stiff. Pour in the cooled egg yolk mixture, folding gently into the egg whites. Spoon into a baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 5 servings. Email this Recipe:
