1 lb ham diced
1 x onion chopped
2 cup corn
3 x tomatoes peeled, diced
2 x potatoes peeled, diced
1 tbl soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Place ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW all day. Stir occasionally. Add water if necessary.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
