1 slc Boned cooked ham, (3 ounces)
1 x Canned pineapple slice, (no sugar added)
3 oz Peeled cooked yam or sweet potato, mashed
1/2 tsp Firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 35CrF. Spray shallow indi-vidual baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set ham slice in dish and top with pineapple slice. Spread mashed yam (or sweet potato) over pineapple, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, and dot with margarine. Bake until heated through, about 15 minutes.

MAKES 1 Serving

VARIATION:
Omit brown sugar. Sprinkle yam (or sweet potato) with cinnamon, dot with margarine, and top with 2 medium marshmallows (1A ounce). Bake until marshmallows melt and mixture is heated through, about 15 min-utes.
