Instructions: Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a skillet, saute finely chopped onion in butter until soft; remove from the heat and set aside. In a medium bowl combine eggs, yogurt, half and half, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and the cooked onion. Sprinkle chopped ham and grated Swiss cheese in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Add the egg mixture then bake at 250 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top puffs, browns lightly, and the center is set. This recipe yields 6 servings.
