Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F.
Thaw the pastry. Mix the egg yolk with the milk. Brush the ends of the pastry with the egg. Fold the pastry in half lengthwise. Seal the ends. Open the center to shape a boat. Layer the bottom and sides with ham. Mix the peach jam with the mustard. Brush onto ham. Sprinkle with cheese. Brush sides of pastry with egg. Bake in oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
