3 cup all-purpose flour
4 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese (1-1/2 cups) *1
3 oz extra lean ham (1/2 cups) shaved
2 x green onions chopped
2 tbl grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tbl baking powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup 1% milk *3
3/4 cup egg beaters(r) 99% egg substitute *4
Instructions:
Instructions: In bowl, stir together flour, Cheddar cheese, ham, green onions, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, mustard, thyme, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Whisk together milk, eggs and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Spoon into nonstick 9-inch Bundt pan; bake in 350 F. oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cook in pan on rack for 10 minutes, before unmolding. Serve warm.

Makes 1 loaf or 16 slices.

*1 - originally called for shredded old cheddar cheese

*2 - originally called for shaved smoked ham

*3 - originally called for whole milk

*4 - originally called for 3 eggs

NOTES : Using the original ingredients the WW was 4 points, cutting fat and using lower fat items, the WW count is 3 points. Fat was 8g, now is 5g.
