Instructions: In bowl, stir together flour, Cheddar cheese, ham, green onions, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, mustard, thyme, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Whisk together milk, eggs and butter; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Spoon into nonstick 9-inch Bundt pan; bake in 350 F. oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cook in pan on rack for 10 minutes, before unmolding. Serve warm.
