Ingredients:

8 slc white bread
3/4 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
3 cup diced cooked ham
1 x (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
6 lrg OR 8 small eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In buttered 3 quart casserole dish, layer bread, cheese, ham, and optional mushrooms in order given until casserole is full, ending with layer of cheese. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over casserole. If liquid does not show 2/3 way up in the dish, add more milk. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour. Serve immediately.

Serves 6

(will fall slightly when it cools)
