Instructions: Heat oven to 350 . In greased 9 x 13 pan, spread potatoes. Top with ham, Monterey jack cheese, and chiles. In medium bowl combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper; beat with wire whisk or fork until frothy. Pour over potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes; sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
