4 tbl butter divided
2 tbl flour
1/3 cup 2% milk
6 x eggs beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 x pizza crust - (12" dia)
2 cup diced ham
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms - (4 oz) drained
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 400 degrees.

In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add flour; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add milk and cook until mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat.

In a small skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add eggs and cook, stirring gently, until softly scrambled. Combine milk sauce with eggs; stir in salt.

Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread eggs over the top. Top with ham, cheese, mushrooms and green onion. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
