Instructions: COOK rotini according to package direction. Cool under cold running water. Drain well. IN LARGE bowl combine rotini with ham and vegetables. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice. Stir into salad. COVER and chill at least 1 hour. Season to taste.
Serves 6 NOTES : The original recipe called for slivered Schneiders Olde Fashioned Ham, I used extra lean prosciutto cotto, I used fat-free mayonnaise. (using the ingredients I used make it 4 Points for the 123 WW program) Email this Recipe:
