Instructions: Cook macaroni. Drain.
Melt butter in saucepan. Add green pepper, celery and onion and cook over low heat 2-3 minutes. Blend in flour, celery seed, salt and pepper and remove from heat. Stir in milk gradually, then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mixture comes to boil. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add macaroni, cheddar cheese, ham, cottage cheese, eggs and pimento. Blend well. Turn into buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for several minutes.
