Instructions: Combine the Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and pizza sauce. Reserve until needed.

Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Top with the Tabasco pizza sauce, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the sauce and top with the tomato and hamburger.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 7 minutes.

Sprinkle scallion over pizza. Allow to cool, cut into 8 slices.
