Instructions: Mix beef with parsley, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Coat both sides with flour, then dip in egg, and coat well with bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil till browned on both sides. Arrange in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Top each patty with a slice of cheese. Pour spaghetti sauce over all and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Bake, uncovered at 400* for 25 minutes.
