Instructions: Shape into fingers 1 1/2" x 4". Roll in crushed potato chips.
Brown on all sides in butter in skillet. Place browned fingers in a 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Drain fat from skillet. Stir in mushroom soup and water, blend. Pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325 degrees. Can be reheated. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
