Instructions: Crumble uncooked hamburger into slow cooker. Add pepper, oregano, basil, seasoned salt, onion soup mix. Stir in water, tomato sauce and soy sauce; then add celery and carrots. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
